Getting governance right is so important – not just in terms of legal compliance for also in regard effective running of the charity. The key is in understanding what the board and trustees are responsible for and where they should be directing their time and efforts.  

While this session will reference legal responsibilities it is not a session on the complete legal and compliance duties of a trustee.
