Two Ridings Community Foundation
Two Ridings Community Foundation is awarding grants of up to £10,000 through its Coronavirus Community Fund. Applications are invited from small voluntary organisations, community groups, registered charities or other not for profit organisations working in North Yorkshire, York, East Riding of Yorkshire or Hull. Funding is available for project or running costs but work supported must be aimed at strengthening communities and/or strengthening the organisations that provide vital support to communities. Applications must meet one of 5 themes based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The next deadline is Tuesday 1 June 2021. For more information on eligibility and to apply, visit the website.

National Lottery Community Fund
The National Lottery Community Fund is distributing emergency grants of up to £10,000 to support organisations in England to continue to deliver services to communities affected by Covid-19. Funding can also be used to help organisations overcome any acute financial difficulties they face as a result of the pandemic. Applications are invited from voluntary or community organisations; registered charities; constituted groups or clubs and not-for-profit or Community Interest Companies. Coalition for Racial Equality and Rights (CRER) grants
CRER is providing grants to support BME-led community organisations in Scotland. The funding is intended to help organisations continue delivering services to communities facing racial inequality that have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdowns. Nationwide’s Community Grants Programme
Nationwide has invited charities to apply for grants between £10,000 and £50,000, as the building society opens the latest round of its £4m grants programme. Charities that ‘prevent people from losing their home’, ‘help people into a home’ and ‘support people to thrive witin the home environment are eligible to apply. The fund closes when the cap of applicants has been reached or at 11pm on 21 June. Find out more about the grant here.
