Amy has a wealth of experience embedding sustainability within organisations through the development of sustainability strategies and reports.

She is competent with resource efficiency reviews, carbon footprint assessments, follow-ups and assurance. Amy is adept in environmental legislation and compliance.

Stephanie Maia works in Climate Communications for Edinburgh Science, the Climate Team has won multiple awards for their initiatives including the National Thistle Award for Working Together for Tourism from Visit Scotland.

Other projects include The NetZeroToolkit which supports small-to-medium enterprises (or SMEs) to build effective carbon management strategies. They have recently launched the #BuyLocalActGlobal campaign which highlights the impact of climate change on the coffee industry and the determined actions that independent coffee houses are taking to mitigate them.

Nick heads the RSM charities and independent schools teams. He advises on audit, assurance and financial reporting and is an audit partner for our Top 250 charity clients.

Using his 20 years’ experience in the sector, Nick has developed RSM’s in-house guidance on charities SORP FRS102 as well as responding to Charity Commission/OSCR consultations on financial reporting developments in the last few years.

Nick holds the Diploma in Charity Accounting and has completed the Governing for Non-profit Excellence Program at Harvard Business School and is a trustee of two national charities and a school governor.

Charlotte Walshe is Partnerships & Impact Director and has spent her career in the Third Sector, spanning research, fundraising and delivering large-scale projects.

Equally happy exploring the great outdoors or roaming round a museum, as long as she’s got a good book in her bag. Charlotte is also a trustee of CXK, supporting young people and adults to find employment.

Charlotte is also a trustee of CXK, supporting young people and adults to find employment, and an ambassador for the Digital Poverty Alliance.

Rachel supports ACF’s policy, practice and research programme, and manages the Funder Commitment on Climate Change (FCCC).

Working alongside FCCC signatories and ACF members, she highlights the part foundations can play in addressing the causes of climate change and supporting adaptation to its effect, to inform and motivate the foundation sector and beyond.
