Wellbeing at Work for Charities 2025 – Online conference
Join us for a transformative day focused on enhancing wellbeing in the charity sector.
There is no doubt that working in the charity sector can be extremely rewarding as we work to serve our beneficiaries, improve our communities and make a positive impact on society. However, it can also be challenging as we navigate a tough environment with more to do and more people to help, which in turn, can affect our own wellbeing. Looking after ourselves and our staff is key to a productive and supported work environment. Furthermore, a recent survey by Acas has shown that 9 in 10 employees think it is important for bosses to prioritise staff mental health at work*.
Join us for a mix of keynote sessions, panel discussions, expert led sessions and practical workshops where we’ll explore practical strategies and approaches to foster wellbeing at work in the charity sector.
We will cover creating a culture of wellbeing, looking after yourself, thriving in difficult times and policies and procedures to better equip managers and staff to manage their own and others wellbeing.

Join our panel as we discuss the changes their organisation has made to their working week and how this has helped increase wellbeing.
