DSC response to OCS green paper on ‘Modernising Commissioning’

In January 2010, DSC responded to a consultation from the Office for Civil Society on a government Green Paper on ‘Modernising Commissioning’. Unfortunately due to the short consultation period which ran over the Christmas break we could not respond in detail at the time.

In the consultation response we recapped the points we made previously in our ‘Towards a Fair Deal on Grants’ paper, submitted in response to the OCS consultation in August the previous year on ‘doing more with less’, as we believe them to be germane to this discussion.
