What will it cover?

This interactive Zoom workshop is suitable for anyone who works in the charity, social enterprise or voluntary sector that needs to demonstrate the value and outcome of their work. It is particularly valuable for chief executives, trustees, project managers and operational members of staff.

We will cover:

  • A brief introduction to the vocabulary and theory of social impact
  • The difference between impact measurement, impact management, and monitoring and reporting
  • Participants will have an opportunity to present their own project for critique
  • All presenting participants will receive a practical impact action plan

Between each section there will be an opportunity for discussion and Q&A, as well as an extended Q&A at the close of the session
