As the “Big Squeeze” of rising costs and economic uncertainty continues to impact the sector, this session will explore legal and ethical ways for charities to reduce costs without resorting to redundancies. By the end of this session, you’ll have a toolkit of practical, actionable cost-saving measures that can help your charity thrive.
