Collaborative Working
Why is collaboration with other charities seen as a threat, rather than an opportunity?
Your staff may feel it’s only a way of cutting costs and that the charity may lose its identity. But well-managed collaboration can actually be liberating for your organisation.
Vital work will not overlap. Savings will be made, but in the right way. The communities you work with will be better served.
This is your complete guide to making collaborative work effective, without losing what makes your organisation unique.
